REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: For lease of a portion of the Oaks Golf Course Clubhouse consisting of the bar, restaurant and outdoor deck areas at 50 Woodside, Kincheloe MI 49788.
Kinross Charter Township is issuing this Request for Proposal to parties seeking consideration in leasing this area to operate a restaurant/bar.
All responses to the Request for Proposal must be turned into Kinross Charter Township no later than 3:00 on March 22nd, 2024. Any late submissions will be denied.
Contract: Contract terms and conditions will be negotiated upon selection.
Description: Kinross Charter Township is seeking to lease the interior portion of The Oaks Golf Course Clubhouse, containing the bar, restaurant, and outdoor deck for a one (1) season contract April 15th through October 31st, with the possibility of an extension. Lessee will be responsible for:
Qualified competitive proposals must have demonstrated experience and knowledge of restaurant/bar operations including financing, marketing, leasing, management, and oversight.
