A regular meeting of the Kinross Charter Township Board will be held on at the Township Hall.
Prior to the meeting, questions and input may be given by emailing kclerk@kinross.net. These meetings are open to the public. Members of the public attending the board meeting are asked to please wear a mask unless they are fully vaccinated.

Each residence is allowed 2 cubic yards of material with a 500 pound maximum. This is equal to one full-size pick-up bed loaded to the top rail. Please do not place any items at the curb until the day before, or morning of May 14th.
No pick-up of hazardous materials, fluorescent light bulbs, tires, computer monitors, or paints.
For household hazardous waste disposal, contact Northern Transitions, Inc. at 906-635-5681.
Do not put compost at the curb.
It is state law--refuse handlers cannot accept leaves and brush.
Kinross Township residents may pick up a "Dump Pass" at the Township Hall. GFL at 3239 W. M-28 in Brimley will be open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Two of our scrambles have officially been scheduled for the 2022 golf season at the Oaks!
The 3-Man Super Scramble has been scheduled for July 15th, 16th, and 17th. The Noreen Lajambe Memorial 4-Woman Scramble has been scheduled for August 10th. Forms can be downloaded on our golf page to be submitted in person with payment. Forms and payment can be turned into the Pro Shop once it has opened, or to the Township Hall administrative office immediately.

Kinross Charter Township is currently seeking contractors to work on renovations to the Pro Shop at the Oaks Golf Course. Repairs to the building will involve updating the building as well as repairs of water damage.
All contractors that work with the Township are required to have their own workers' compensation insurance. Due to changes in workers' compensation regulations, we are no longer able to consider sole proprietors who lack coverage.
Interested parties must email kclerk@kinross.net before Monday, March 28th, 2022. Emails should include confirmation of workers' compensation insurance as well as ballpark estimates for costs of labor.
